Itinerary


Day 1 (Arrival - Colombo)

Arrival Colombo airport. Our representative will transfer you to the Hotel for freshen up and free for leisure.


Day 2 (Colombo)

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing in Colombo - a drive through the city taking you to the busy commercial areas as well as the tree-lined residential, Cinnamon Gardens. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith's quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, where is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings and the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal dating back to 1749. The historic Dewatagaha Mosque and the former Eye Hospital are two buildings in Cinnamon Gardens worth looking at. Also visit the BMICH, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square. Also visit Anjaneyar Temple & Kalaniya Temple. Anjaneyar Temple: This is the first Anjaneyar Temple in Sri Lanka and also the only Panchamuga (five faced) Anjaneyar Temple in Sri Lanka. It’s the only temple in the world to have a chariot for Ajanyear. Overnight at Colombo Hotel.


Day 3 (Colombo - Kandy)

After Breakfast drive to Kandy Enroute visit Pinnawella. Providing a caring home for abandoned and wounded elephants, it is a much loved destination for tourists and locals alike. Here, adults and baby elephants from around Sri Lanka thrive, and a captive breeding program is also proving to be highly successful. The feeding and bathing times are generally the ideal times to visit when you can observe these gentle giants at their best. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kandy


Day 4 (Kandy)

After breakfast enjoy a city tour of Kandy – the last kingdom of the Sinhalese, taking in the sights of Upper Lake Drive and the Market Square on the way to pay homage to one of the most sacred religious sites in Sri Lanka. The Temple of the Tooth or Dalada Maligawa is believed to house the ‘tooth relic’ of the Lord Buddha. Also visits Peradeniya garden. A walk around the town will let you indulge in some souvenir hunting with intricate treasures in wood, copper, silver, brass, ebony, bronze, ceramics, lacquer work, handlooms, batiks, jewelry and reed-ware to choose from. Evening: Round off your day with a cultural show, where the vibrant costumes and pulsating rhythms of traditional dance forms from centuries old rituals will enthrall you. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kandy.


Day 5 (Departure)

After breakfast from Hotel drive to Colombo Airport for your onward journey.

Important Points to be noted:


  • The validity of the passport should be 06 months from the intended date of return for International travel.
  • The cost is based on Number of Pax travelling together, any reduction/ increase in passengers might result for a re-quote
  • Hotel Standard Check in : 15:00 Hrs/ Check out : 11:00AM
  • Cab/ Car is hired strictly based on the itinerary mentioned above, unless mentioned as “Disposal”.
  • If any additional usage of Cab might result in extra charges payable directly by the passenger.
  • Rates are subjected to change at the time of confirmation.
  • Any Change/ Amendment required in the itinerary need to be informed 24 hours prior to the departure.
  • Company won’t be responsible for the additional charges occurred due to flight delays/ cancellations trip cancellation due to personal inconvenience and any charges of personal natures.
  • Package will be confirmed only after processing the advance payment which is 50% of the Land package and full amount of the Flight reservation/ Visa. The balance amount needs to be cleared 5 days prior to departure.
  • Any package confirmed within minimum 10 days prior to departure need to strictly process full payment at the time of confirmation.
